Did anyone do a gap year programme with ICS?

Hey I'm currently on my gap year and am considering doing a bit of travelling and going to a different country to volunteer. I was wondering if anyone had done this with the International Citizens Service (ICS). Reviews?

I'm thinking of doing the one with Raleigh International in Tanzania this spring. My sister did the same in Nicaragua and absolutely loved it :biggrin:
