For Sixth Form don't worry too much as Universities don't look at the sixth form you go to but your grades from a level. And for the offer you school will most probably give you one but you need to get the entry requirements for most courses for eg a 6 in maths to do A level maths.But just to make sure go and ask your headteacher about the message.
