Will Durham accept me without the need of clearing if I get AAB instead of AAA

Obviously as you would know Durham is a very competitive University so it will be harder to get in with missed grades compared to other universities. However with all things like this it depends on how well your cohort perform and how many people miss their offers

What, i got rejected by durham bsc comp sci with A*A*A, isn't that there entry requirements how did u get in.

well thats the issue with schools overpredicting people it makes them get offers that they cant hit

Hiya

The website mentions this on near-miss grades:

While we're unable to accept everyone who misses their grades, every year we accept some offer-holders who have narrowly missed their offer. This will depend on how many places we have available on the course and the context of applicants who've missed their grades (so we don't just look at grades). We never know until we reach August where we'll have available places as it depends on the achievement of everyone else.
