What do i do if i get bad AS grades but i want to apply for medicine.
your best bet would be to try and convince your teachers to up your predicted grades to AAA. If that's not possible, you could look into seeing if you meet any contextual requirements or get your actual A levels and take a gap year. Results day isn't until August so you never know you might do better than you thought you would.

some people take gap years between year 13 and uni i.e they have a year out of education, which could be a good idea for you if you don’t get the predicted grades you need to apply if you get bad AS grades. But don’t worry about that right now focus on revising for the UCAT and getting work experience if you haven’t already. When results days comes around, you can make a plan from their
