GCSE Equivalency Testing.

I recently did a GCSE Equivalency test with Equivalency Testing. I received my result on 11 Aug but I still haven't received a hard copy of the certificate (as of 05 Sep).

I have tried to contact them but no joy. How long does it take for the certificate to arrive as my University admissions team are asking for it ?
