Will universities accept btec extended diploma without additional a levels?

I want to do oral health at Queen Mary's but will they accept btec extended diploma (level 3) in applied science as a standalone qualification with no A levels?

The best way to find this information would be on the course website - they should have a detailed entry requirements section/page which should address this for you.
I’ve just looked and it says they will accept a BTEC extended diploma (grade DDM) for oral health:

If you’re also applying to other universities, it will be different for each one so I’d recommend you look at the detailed entry requirements for each one.
