Currently an international student enrolling in brunel medical school.
I'm considering going to Australia or US as an IMG. I'm aware that in USA it's pretty hard (exams and such) to go as a Non US IMG, but what is the scene in australia?
Is there any way I'll be disadvantaged in the UK or Australia/USA if i graduate from Brunel Medical school?
Do rankings/prestige matter for medical universities?
Is it bad if you go to a "lowly ranked" medical school, for my future career in the UK or US/Australia?
Would an intercalation benefit me?
Edit: Do postgraduate qualifications matter more? such as specialities or picking up a PhD?
Thank you.
