LSE application advice

I'm hoping to apply BSc Mathematics and Economics and I would like to know whether the admissions team will compare me to other students from my school applying for the same course when assessing my application and also whether there is a limit to the number of students they can accept for a course from the same school.

Yes, they will compare you with other applicants from your school, but only in so far as they'll be comparing you other applicants from all schools. There is no cap or quota on the number of people who can be accepted from a given school.
