Medical Laboratory Assistant Recruitment Event

Hi,
I am attending a medical laboratory assistant event where they will be having interviews on the day. I have been told I have to complete a short literacy and numerical exercise on the day. Does anyone have any idea what kind of questions might be asked?

Also, I've never been to a recruitment event so I'm not sure what I should wear on the day. I'm male. I was thinking a shirt with suit trousers? Would appreciate any tips.
