edinburgh vet school dates

Hey so iv applied for vet school this year and my top choice is edinburgh and iv noticed it started on the 1st sep (on ucas), i want to go on holiday at the end of august so i was wondering if teaching starts on the 1st of sep or if freshers start on that day, thank you!

There is an academic calendar online for Edinburgh vet med - teaching starts 16/09/24. Unless you are applying to graduate vet med which begins on 5/08/24
