What the hell are you on about?

You don't want a response, because you've already got your mind set on one thing.
You know what, be a homophobe if you want. But don't tell other people that their life is wrong.

And yes, I have made my mind up, homosexuality is perfectly fine, homosexual marriage is perfectly fine, but on that merit drugs, and the right for an individual to decide to take try drugs is perfectly fine. When did I say homosexuality wasn't fine.................? Where............? I didn't.
It's beyond me how it's still an issue in this day and age, who gives a **** what people are doing as long they don't negatively impact others.

I've certainly got better things to do with my time than go around hassling gay people who want to get married ffs.
Yes I support Gay Marriage!
People should accept eachother and be friends.

But... if it was legal... it wouldn't fund the mafia! Another irrelevant point.

It is no more a matter of choice to be in a physical homosexual relationship than it is to take drugs.

By the way, I am absolutely not anti gay, or anything like that. I'm just making a point. Why on earth do people find the idea of any sort of restrictions on homosexuality to be a dire breach of civil liberties (which it would be, I agree)... but when it comes to drugs... you're all more than happy to stamp all over the individuals personal freedoms! Bizarre...

Tabacco is legal but is smuggled into this country and funds the mafia. Casino's are legal and fund organised crime. we can carry on...but if you take drugs you are harming those up the supply chain.

But bringing drugs and homosexuality together is like chalk and cheese.

Anyway jokes aside, I dont support gay marriage because its against my religion.

No, "homosexuality" is not forbidden in "Islam". Homosexuality is illegal in the laws of some Muslim countries that have retained or adopted Western sodomy laws and have attempted to justify them by reference to a mistaken interpretation of the Qur'an.

Homosexuality is forbidden in all Abrahamic religions

In fact, I would say that more academically intelligent and well-educated people tend to be conservative.

This isn't true at all. There hasn't been a single study that's found an association between high IQ and right-wing beliefs, whereas there have been multiple studies which have confirmed a link between higher IQ and liberal/left-wing views. Obviously that doesn't mean all conservatives are stupid, but studies so far (albeit a limited number) suggest that they are more likely to be.

On the other hand, people with conservative beliefs are more likely to have grown up in a rich household, which means that they will also have been better educated on average. This is part of the reason why a lot of top-level jobs are dominated by conservatives.

So what? Why should we base our civil laws on religion?

my opinion mate, stop crying. Im against gays and you cant change my view on it.

You're even less reasonable because you won't listen to other people's opinions and take them into account then.

Your logic is clearly flawed as another person above states why would someone choose to be something they'd be discriminated against for.

Excuse me, what makes you more intelligent than someone like me? Because I consider myself to be quite intelligent.

Fine if you're good in school and that but I'd consider you an idiot if you were also against equal marriage and basic ideas of equality in 2016.

And if you're actually saying "I consider myself to be quite intelligent." you're probably a dick anyway

You probably aren't that open-minded if you have to resort to using profanity and insults to defend your views.

I'm not backing what I'm saying up with profanity. I'm just insulting you. If you'd like to give me a valid reason for being against gay marriage other than "I don't like it" then go ahead. I'm waiting.

I believe that it is wrong. Nothing wrong with that belief.

There is if you have absolutely no reason to believe it. And frankly in this day and age I don't even think it's a valid opinion after they've suffered enough prejudice and abuse. It just seems like the not nice thing to do to stop them from marrying.

Trying my hardest to be civil.

You know the answer you're going to get... "because we've always done it that way".

A couple of points to make.

If restrictions were placed on heterosexuality, there would be riots over the breach of civil liberties.

Drugs, or most of the drugs which are abused, cause quantifiable harm to the users. Homosexuality doesn't.

ppl chose to be gay loooooooool, i find it funny how some ppl say they're 'born gay'

Some people also choose to be stupid with their head of their 16th century beliefs up their ass.

And btw, it's funny how science has proved homosexuality is natural.

lol you must be retarded if you believe results from scientific experiments. Go revise for ur gcse's

Oh the irony of calling me retarded.

You think I'm stupid for believing in science? Hate to break it to you sweetheart but not believing in science won't get you very far. If you aren't going to believe a Quran verse then you most probably won't have the brains to understand science.

I got my GCSEs thanks. Go crawl into your hole and try to get a life xoxoxox
