Hess cycle question unsure

u.png I don't understand the explanation for each of the answers? How can c not be the answer since there is no hydrogen in the equation. So surely the enthalpy change of hydrogen can't be used to represent water?

Hydrogen reacting with oxygen. But this is only one reaction, so surely you will just use the enthalpy change of water ...
