If you mean UK, the real root of feminism nowadays is based on something other than obvious legal rights: the often condescending attitude of many men towards women, that is, the diminishing treatment of women by men in daily-life. This phenomenon is best reported by transexual individuals both ways.

If you're talking about the UK, there are no rights that women don't have (c.f. those that men have), however there remain historic social factors that present obstacles to complete equality. Those will iron out over time ... but it will take time.

They have so many priviledges now, they can say and demand things which if men did the same, men would then be accused of being misogynistic/sexist. It's not so much about legal rights as social problems. Discrimination or unequal treatment still exists, legally and illegally, and women suffer worse from the effects of sexism. They're also more likely to be the victims of certain crimes, so the fact that they've got legal protection doesn't mean that the problem with discrimination are solved.

Sexual assaults on women are far higher, and domestic violence rates are currently unclear because people of both genders don't reliably report on it.

Sexism does work both ways, but women still get the worst of it. The last stats I saw for my area suggested that up to one in four women had been the victims of sexual assaults or domestic violence, for example. My point was that equality isn't just about legal protections, it's about preventative measures and enforcing those laws.
