ExxonMobil telephone interview

I've passed Exxonmobil's online numerical test and I've got a telephone interview soon (for their summer placement scheme). Can anyone offer any advice as to what type of questions they will ask or any general advice?

Had one for the grad scheme but unfortunately I didn't pass. I won't post the questions here, but expect general competency type questions. Make sure you have a range of examples that you can use to answer competency based questions. There were no surprises
