Find SP's where tangent is parallel to y-axis

Mark scheme says to make dy/dx = infinity (don't know how to solve this) however if the question asks me to find 2 SP's where tangent to ellipse is parallel to y-axis, what then?

Dy/dx is 3cosx/2sinx btw.

parallel to x-axis means dy/dx = "infinity" implies making the denominator 0.
