As long as your predicted grades meet their requirements, and your personal statement mentions the important slices of your life, rest assured you've got a firm base to go on. To top it off, make sure you start revising a good few months in advance and keep a routine to help you keep track. The night before the interview have a good meal (I recommend Dominos), lots of fluids, prepare for the next day and get to bed early. On interview day relax and just do your best - your whole education has moulded your brain like a fine dough, so rest assured it'll work its magic.
