Differentiate lnx/x^2

the answer is 1-2lnx/x^3 don't know how they kept the lnx still in after differentiating it ?

Use product rule - set u=lnx and v=x^-2 and you should get the answer.

For this, product would be ten times easier, and no need to simplify it all down at the end as you would have to with quotient.
