What affects the position of the position of equilibrium and rate??

whether the reaction is exothermic or endothermic so basically temperature
pressure ( only applies to gases)

Also, a catalyst can be used to increase the rate of both the forward and backwards reaction, but does not affect the position of the equilibrium.
