Given a equation of the circle and a point on the circle, how do I find the point that is on the opposite end of the diameter?

is this GCSE or A-level or something else?
also could you provide a question example
find out what you have to do to get to the radius of the circle from your point (e.g. +2 in tjhe x direction, -5 in the y direction) and do that again from the co-ordinates of the radius to find the points on the other side
