Well if it occurs when I'm standing/walking I have a great skill which enables me to unwedge without my hands, probably makes me look really retarded though as I have to walk like I have something stuck in my arse (which is the case I guess) but it just gradually slips out.
I always seem to get one on the train when sitting down, I just move around like I'm getting comfortable and it normally comes out, feels great.
