Q10 calculation from a box plot
Hello, i just wanted to ask a question. I have produced a piece of coursework on artemia salina beating rate of second maxilliped with different temperatures in the form of a box plot for 15, 20, 25, 30 and 35 degrees celcius. I did a calculation of q10 for my significantly different pairs those being 15 and 25, and 25 and 35 degrees. I found that q10 decreased from 1.8 to 1.2 and stated that this suggested a decrease in temperature dependence (as below 1 shows an independent or negative relationship). Is this the correct way to calculate q10?
