Trying to find a replacement tenant

Hi!

I am trying to find a replacement tenant for my private student accommodation in Nottingham. The accommodation is an ensuite room with a double bed and a lot of storage space for £168 per week (46 week contract)

The accommodation also requires a £250 deposit as well as a £422 advanced rent fee (meaning it will be taken off your first rent installment rather than you paying extra).

I am quite desperate to find a replacement so if you need accommodation in Nottingham or know anyone who does PLEASE reply to this.
