Tenancy takeover asap

Hi!

I have accommodation at Goldsmith Court that I am looking for someone to take over asap. My reason for needing a replacement is due to the fact that I am not attending NTU anymore.

- 5 min walk from rock city and the city campus

- Spacious room with double bed, ensuite bathroom and lots of storage (bathroom cupboards, large wardrobe and drawers). It also has a charger next to the bed. The shower is a proper shower with a door rather than a wet room.

- £168 per week, 46 week contract, paid in 4 installments.

- £250 deposit required as well as an advanced rent payment of £422 (This means that the money you pay in advance is taken off the first installment so you pay some before you attend and less on the first rent payment in october).

- A lovely and spacious kitchen as well as a cinema room with a big TV.

- The flatmates I have met so far are friendly, welcoming and kind.

- I can show proof of my tenancy agreement.
