Primark coats

I really need a new puffer coat for winter and to withstand rain. Should I get one from primark? I’m skeptical of the quality of the coats becaus the clothes only last two washes. But can anyone who has got a puffer coat from there tell me if they’re durable and good quality. Thank you.
