University of Greenwich

Why is Greenwich not a good uni ?
I was thinking off putting Greenwich as one of my choices, as it has a nice campus, a good school of architecture and it seems to have high entry requirements. Yet it ranks last for architecture every year and the university seems to preform poorly in league tables. Does anyone know if this is truly reflective of the school and if there are any reasons for this poor performance?
