Isaac Physics C4a.9

Hello . Im stuck on isaac physics c4a.9 part B and C . I tried to combine the resistances and got 93/52 R and then i divided this by V to get the current . Im not sure where I went wrong tho ?

so
I = V/R
....

part B is V/(93/52R) which is the equivalent resistance, however i am stuck on part C

part C is 3/31V^2 / R, (p=v^2/r) be careful of how you type it as it doesn't accept it sometimes, it is 3/31 as the voltage in part a is 28/31, so the other voltage in that loop is 3/31 due to kirchoffs, or you can work it out using the emf times the equivilant resistance of that resistor.

What have you tried?
Or how did you work out the solution?
It will be good that you show your work, so that we know where you have gone wrong.

I tried various methods (like 10-15) and everytime I got different answer. I used V^2/R and I^2R too still nothing... I will try to see if I can attach the picture of my working in this thread
