To find the gradient, you need to differentiate the equation of the line, which is e^3.2x.
Normally, when differentiating e^x it stays the same, however because the power has a coefficient you need to multiply it by the powers derivative. So, you need to multiply e^3.2x by the derivitive of 3.2x, which is 3.2. Hence the answer is 3.2e^3.2x
