I'm about to start my postgraduate course at Chester and i'm after a room.
I'd also consider joining others in the same position and arranging to rent, say a three bedroom house and split the rent accordingly. I did that a couple of years ago and it worked well!
i've had a look round Chester and there are a few houses to rent in the Garden Lane quarter.
Happy to share a house with any year student, or gender!
