Is this a regular thing or new due to covid ? It says you got your place does that mean it’s now unconditional rather than the original offer or am I reading too much into the wording

It’s the way it’s worded ! It doesn’t say anything about good luck with exams or congratulations on the offer it almost infers it’s definite
