(LOOKING FOR TENANT REPLACEMENT) Private Accommodation Cardiff (Howard Gardens)

Hi I am an incoming international student for 22/23 and looking for a replacement for my private accommodation room in Cardiff, the accommodation is called Howard Gardens.

The accommodation was just renovated in 2020 and has a lot of amenities such as gym, bicycle store, etc. The En-suite room is pretty spacious and the most attractive part of it is the free laundry service (wash+dry) which is available in each unit.

Cost £132 per week (internet, water, electricity included)

The residential period is from 10th September 2022 to 1st September 2023.
