A-level decision help - Medicine at oxbridge

Hi, I'm still stuck as to what to pick for alevels and would really love some advice. I'm aiming for medicine at top universities (hopefully oxbridge) and so far I am predicted 12 A*s. I'm struggling to decide between 3 or 4 alevels.

For the first option, I would take Bio Chem Maths - I heard this is the usual medicine trio, and I am strong in all 3. I thought this would also give me time to focus on other things considered in my application instead of spending time revising my 4th alevel. However, I'm not sure if doing 3 alevels will give me less of a competitive application than 4.

For the second option, I would take Bio Chem Maths AND Physics. Physics is my favourite subject and I genuinely have a passion for it, but I heard Physics alevels is one of the hardest alevels and doesn't have much relevance to medicine, so if it means sacrificing my revision / application time then I would be prepared to not take it. This option is mostly so I can just take it for my own enjoyment.

For the third option, I would take Bio Chem Maths AND Further Maths. The sixth form that I will probably go to makes it so you finish maths alevel in the first year, and go on to do either as or alevel further maths in the 2nd year, which I thought would be useful as I would end up having 4 alevels whilst using my first year to get maths out the way. I currently take gcse further maths and I am finding it interesting. However I know further maths is strenuous as it is one of the hardest subjects and again has little relevance to medicine, so the only real advantage is me getting 4 alevels instead of 3.

I would really like a competitive application so I appreciate any advice - I would also prefer not to take a subject then drop it as I think it would just cause me more stress.

pick the first option. doing 4 a levels does not give you an advantage at any med school.
