Older applicant - are London schools out of the question w/my UCAT score? 2650 B1

Hello all, I just sat my UCAT and sadly did worse than I predicted. 2650 B1, was hoping for 2750-2850 based on mocks, but struggled to study given I have a full-time job and other factors.

Adding yet another "where should I apply" post, but would appreciate opinions!

I am based in London and am non-traditional. I'm in my mid-30s and looking to do a career switch. I have settled status in the UK, but moved here 5 years ago. I lived/worked extensively abroad, have a lot of clinical volunteer work in the UK and USA over the years (over 200 hours) while working full-time. I have a USA Bachelors (Comp Sci) and Masters (Information Systems), both with distinction. My high-school GPA was 3.85/4.0 (with honours) I graduated a long time ago so unsure if this is going to be relevant or useful for my app. I currently work in Tech (Director-level), so I feel I have an interesting background.

Was hoping to study medicine at a London-based school like King's, St George's, or QMUL, but not sure I have a chance given scores and don't have the option of uprooting my family due to work obligations.

Am I completely out of luck with London schools? I am booked for the BMAT in October, but unsure if worth it.
