UCAS application adding choices after submitting

So I have heard you can add choices after submitting you application. I want to submit 4 now before the early applicant deadline and choose my next one based on how well my other options go. (before january 15th obviously)
How do you actually do this? is there anything you have to do? or do I just leave the UCAS choice blank. I have tried looking for tutorials but cant find anything

Just leave it blank. After you’ve submitted your first choices, Hub will show an ‘add another choice’ button which you can use.

Btw, the UCAS deadline this year is 31 January.
