Where to apply for medicine

Hi, I’m applying to medicine for 2024 entry after taking a gap year.
My stats are:
GCSE: 9988888777
A-level (achieved): A*AA Biology, Chemistry, Maths
EPQ: A
UCAT: 3030 B2
I’ve done work experience at a GP and am working in healthcare this year.
I’m looking at applying to Manchester, KCL, Imperial and Oxford/UCL.
Do I have a good chance of getting an interview at Oxford or UCL with an average BMAT score at this point of 6.2, aiming for 6.5, and are there any other universities I should apply to for a safer option?
Hey there, thanks for posting a question in the Medicine forum.

I made Quizlet flashcards from the specification and went through them often. Make sure you understand everything on the specification - if there’s something you don’t understand Miss Estruch is great for explaining biology and Eliot Rintoul/Allery Chemistry for chemistry (on YouTube) - and do as many past paper questions as you can. Good luck!

Hey
Can I ask how you revised for the UCAT also do you think it would be beneficial to start now or closer to the time period? I am in year 12 hoping to go into medicine.
Do you think an EPQ is useful btw as I am not sure about it as its not that useful and I get a B or lower it could weaken my application. I am not that confident as my GCSEs have already weakened it quite a bit.
Also, Good luck with your application your stats are really good!!!
