What should I apply to for an aspirational uni choice with a Mid UCAT score

Hi, I have taken my UCAT for 2023 and scored 2760, but I still don't know where to apply for aspirational university choices.SJT band 2
GCSEs
3x 9
2x 8 inc maths
3x 7
1x 6 English language

A-levels A*AA

I'm not eligible for any widening participation offers. I would also appreciate it if anyone could give a few examples of unis I could apply to with this score. Thanks

What is an "aspirational university" in this context?
I would have said getting into any med school means you have done pretty well?

An aspirational university is a university with a more prestigious reputation.
Going to University isn't all about going to a place with a prestigious reputation. Unless you want to go into a profession that solely looks into what University you went to, then most of the time an upper second class (2.1) or above BA degree from any University is what's most important (that's if you want to progress to MA level or a L7 equivalent, or want to apply to a job straight after). Furthermore, depending on what you want to do career wise, some work experience in your relevant subject/career field is also important.

Lastly, regarding your GCSE's and A levels: You have grades 6-9 in everything, and top A level grades. This means that you can pretty much apply to anywhere (in most cases).

So apply to wherever you wish to go and see what happens. What subject/course are you thinking about taking?

reputation does not matter in medicine, you should apply to unis that will offer you an interview. have a look at plymouth, aru, sgul, liverpool, uea, qmul, edge hill
youve taken ucat so im assuming you wanna do med or dent, both courses aren't created by the university but by the GDC or GMC, all schools for both programmes teach the exact same thing-it doesn't matter where you go

loads of people get so fixated on what uni they want to go to but it makes no difference...even when you apply for a job the uni you go to doesn't mean you're moe or less likely to get a position. i just think try not thinking of what other peoples are going to think when you say you "study at x uni" the fact you're studing either med or dent is a major achievement...but also do your own research look at the UKCAT people they tell you where's best to apply in terms of ucat score, gcses, a levels etc. i would suggest going for a uni with low ucat requirements since you'll be more likely at least one interview. having good gcses, a levels, ucat doesn't mean you'll get an offer tho-try think holistically and what you're wanting to study rather than anything else

So which are these, then? In medicine, for practicing in the UK, it does not matter what med school you go to. I would apply to ones you are most likely to get an interview at!
also who said that was a mid score ?? mid is average the average is around 2500...so you're above average
