Hey there, thanks for posting a question in the Medicine forum.
The Medicine forum gets a high volume of questions being posted, and some of these are already answered by the resources and Megathreads that members of the community and volunteers have created. This is an automatic post which is designed to highlight these resources. Below is a list of threads and articles that could answer your question (you should be looking in the original post of the megathreads). If one of the below threads is a more relevant place to ask your question, please post a reply in that thread to ask your question. If your query is answered by one of the Megathreads or articles linked below, and you would like us to close this thread for you, please reply to this thread with just the words "thank you". Hello, Please could you tell me how soon to start UCAT preparations and which are the best websites and live course/s? Thank you.
hellooo I'm planning to mostly use UCAT official website materials (questions banks, tests simulators etc.) to prepare. I suggest that you first go through their test guide and each test section guide. Do this as soon as possible to acknowledge your strengths and your weak points. Work mainly on your weaknesses, setting yourself under test conditions (even for the single sections).
I know most people tend to start around six weeks before their test date (which is what UCAT itself suggests). I started to prepare at the beginning of this November, focusing on the sections I find more difficult. I'm an international applicant, though, so this decision of mine is mostly due to this.
