LSE and KCL English requirements

Hi guys, I will be applying to LSE (data science) and king (cs) I got a 5 from English language. For context I started studying in England in year 11. Do you think that they will consider this extenuating circumstance or should I take IELTS just in case

Since you're still in Year 11, I would advise you to retake GCSE or IGCSE English Language. Most LSE courses require a minimum of a B ie 6 or higher in English Language, for their degrees.
