A level. Maths and Further Maths revision books for the edexcel course.

I will be starting my AS levels soon. I want to get prepared, at my college i know the exam board is Edexcel. So does anyone know any good revision books for maths and further maths ( AS and A2 level) which you found were good? Are the official edexcel ones any good?

Why do you want revision books for maths and further maths A2 now? You have little hope of making head or tail of them.
If you do anything to prepare yourself I'd revise and extend gcse knowledge using books like these

http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/1841469939/ref=s9_simh_gw_p14_d5_i2?pf_rd_m=A3P5ROKL5A1OLE&pf_rd_s=center-2&pf_rd_r=1C7Y657E6XFP2RQWNBXJ&pf_rd_t=101&pf_rd_p=455344027&pf_rd_i=468294
Or

If that goes well make a start on the c1 unit

If you are going to do anything useful, do lots of practice exercises. You can't revise what you have not already learnt thoroughly and you should get into the habit of doing a lot of maths practice from the start.

@Nirm: The CGP guides are excellent for A level maths. I used it to learn S2 about 3 days before the exam, which subsequently went really well.

Wait did you use the student books (the books seperate for each module) or did you use the overall "complete" revision guide by cgp?
Mate I'd suggest this really good website with some great tutorial vids which will polish you up for AS level maths.
It's called M4ths. Look at the GCSE to A Level bridge vids . Should help your purpose.
