I think I was on the same for each
Are you doing the lit and lang combined course? I did them separately, got full UMS in language and an A* in literature

Separately. I got a B on English Language. It was your paper and I got 48/80. Do you have any tips on how to improve my grade?
I haven't got the results back for English Literature yet.

For English language (especially the exam), read the mark scheme- there's loads of things it asks you to include

You need to make sure you're using all the techniques you'd normally look for in literature. Rhetorical questions are always great to put in and fairly easy too fit in
make sure your writing is sophisticated, use nice vocabulary too 
studies also show the more you read, the better you get at writing (and visa versa)Original post by Fallen99

Well u doing GCSE right if yes wht do u mean how much I wrote I just answered the question n I got a C I did foundation exam
