What else did you measure?
Amount of gas eveolved?
How long the effervescence lasted?

What conclusions could you draw from those?

I measured the ammount if gas produced in a minute from each acid ( sulphuric , hydrochloric and nitric ) hydrochloric produced and average of 28 , sulphuric had an average of 7 and nitric 0

Good.
Your evaluation will be comparing those volumes and draing conclusion from that comparison. The comparison is telling you something about the relative reactivity of Mg with those acids, in the concentrations and conditions you used.
