Joining the army is a poor way to get into the police force, unless he joins the military police. The skills from other regiments arent really tranferable to being a civilian police officer.
Anyway if he was good enough he would of got in, they are biased against white males but they still get in, its just slightly harded. Hes just making excuses for not making the cut. If he thinks getting into the army is going to be easier he mistaken as well
