Circulation around a closed curve C
Hi,
Can someone explain in laymen terms wut circulation is?
I tried reading this site:

I understand how to do it and all, but I dunt understand wut it actually is. It says its sort of the swirl around the line.....
Can someone also give an example where there is no circulation.
