i'm not so sure that uk networks have got this service going yet. even if they did, it might not come as default with the phone and you'd need to call them to get the settings sent to you.

- As part of working our boat it would very conveneint to be able to use PTT.
- Currently we just use our phones to make numous calls to everyone all the time and are considering geting some two-way radios (cost of about £80 per unit for proberbly about 4 units)

Obvously if we could use PTT that would be great, espcailly as its one less thing to carry.
- Where all on 02 either directly or though carphonewarehouse, but ive been on there website trying to find out about PTT but still nothing.

Yeah, interesting read. Dated jan07.
- Still no real sign of it being comertially available. Despight all the networks/handset manufators advertises PTT functionality on there phones as a selling point and feature.
