Probability help

I can't for the life of me work out why I can't do this. Is it even possible with the information given? It's confidence intervals, need 95%. It's not actually a question from my course but i'm trying to help a friend. It feels like someone is missing.

Statement: 50% of applications are incorrect.

We know: Of 672 applications, 328 were incorrect.

Is the statement reasonable?
