I'm doing A2 but I'll try to remember what I did for AS.

These are the ones I can remember:

Microscopy
Species diversity index
Standard deviation equation

Ratios
Magnification=image/actual
Index diversity
Mean
cardiac output= heart rate x stroke volume
pulmonary ventilation=tidal volume x ventilation rate
Diffusion is proportional to=surface area x difference in conc/lenght of diffusion pathway
