Im losing my mind over this and I don't know where I keep going wrong

A 20uL aliquot is taken from a protein sample and diluted to 80ul.
The protein concentration of the diluted aliquot is tested and found to be 3.0 mg/ml. What is the protein concentration of the original sample?

Ive tried that and it's wrong on my practice test, Every formula I have for these types of questions gets that answer though.
