Extra room near penhryn road

Hi, me and two girls have secured a four bedroom house 15 minutes by bus from the penrhyn road campus, unfortunately our final member bailed at the last minute and we need someone to fill the gap before the landlord finds another group. The contract is 11 months and the room is £375 per month (including water bill) and the house has a garden and a lounge. Message me for more details
