Room available urgent!!

AMAZING!! Flat available NOW!! Clean big size you walk into room with ENSUITE!! On right and the FANTASTIC views of the city and cathedral ahead of you big window which covers all that wall shows spectacular views especially at night!! Huge desk just below window which also covers wall so can admire views while working :P loads of space between desk and the 3/4 bed which has bed side table!!- can move around the bed and room easily big wordrobe which is plenty big enough and doesn't take up much room!! The ENSUITE is an alright size big nice shower which works perfectly!! The kitchen is large with an island and living area which also looks out to the city and cathedral but u can also see the sports field which is just right of the building form there!! It's really good!! Can see sports centre from room but not field!- which u can from kitchen cooker/dishwasher etc works no problems :P

Also, I advise adding how much the rent is, and whether or not bills are included in the rent. One of the first things most students will look at. :biggrin:
