Chaucer House, University of Portsmouth accommodation (Ad)

Hello I need an urgent room replacement near university of Portsmouth.
It is Chaucer House En-suite classic room available on 44 weeks contract at £170 p/w. Contact duration from 16 sept 2023 to 20th Jul 2024.
The address is Chaucer House, PO1 2GP, Portsmouth.
All the bills are included and if you have a look at the unite students websites, chaucer house is in very high demand.I have stayed with Unite students for my first year and thoroughly enjoyed it.They provide excellent service.I have attached pictures below of what the room looks like.
It is a shared kitchen but the room is very spacious and you have your own bathroom.
The building has two common rooms,a gym and study spaces.University of portsmouths guildhall campus is a 10 minute walk.There is also 24 hr security.
