Hello! I am looking for someone to takeover the room and the lease for the period of May 1 to August 26(Flexible starting date).
🥹Since i am so urgent so I can give the person who takeover my room a free Strathclyde gym card(until October this year) and some small furniture like coffee machine, carpet, desk lamp, etc.
Room type: Gold Studio, located on the fifth floor, quiet and has very good lighting.
Rent is £215 per week, all bills included, not sublease fee and can also pay monthly.(we can discuss about the fee)
